I think that each couple on DAYS has there own theme. Like Bope's is "Our Love Can Last Through Anything." And Shelle's is "Best Friends to Lovers." I think that Katch's is "Looking past the image." Kayla loved Steve no matter what he looked like. They shared so many romantic firsts with one another! They were a couple to remember and cherish!
